Job Summary:

We are a key Microsoft partner located in the GTA. We have experienced solid, year-over-year growth and now have an opportunity for a Customer Success Consultant/Trainer.

 

Key Responsibilities

The role is diverse, you will be operating as a part of product management, presales, and training team. Key Leadership competencies for this role include innovative and strategic mindset, the ability to collaborate and leverage most appropriate resources.

 

Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Helping Global 5000 companies adopt and optimize requirements management systems as part of their DevOps/ALM practice.
  • Provide expert-level support for the Copilot and Modern Requirements Modules.
  • Good Knowledge and experience in Medical and Pharmaceutical industry and knowledge of their processes and Compliance requirements
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by users in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with development teams to identify, diagnose, and fix software defects.
  • Assist users in understanding and utilizing the Copilot features effectively.
  • Conduct training sessions and create user guides or tutorials to enhance user proficiency.
  • Respond to user queries through various channels, including email, chat, and phone.
  • Excellent time management, public speaking, problem-solving and both verbal and written communication skills are a must
  • Ability to multitask since some tasks will require to communicate with multiple customers at one time
  • Strong organizational skills to be able to keep up with various customer needs and conduct follow-ups in a timely manner
  • Consult with B2B clients to understand their requirements, do the Discovery Sessions/Workshops and planning calls
  • Delivering presentations, demonstrations, and Product Training to prospective and current clients
  • Liaising with developing products/services to gain an in-depth knowledge to better relate that to customers
  • Liaise with managers to determine training needs and schedule training sessions
  • Prepare educational material such as module summaries, videos etc
  • Support, train and mentor new employees

Skills and qualities required:

  • BS in Computer Science/Software Engineering or any other relevant IT field
  • Leadership and communication skills
  • Expertise in Prompt Engineering
  • Presentation and Problem-solving ability skills
  • The ability to research and keep on top of industry developments
  • Influential nature and resourcefulness
  • Aptitude for time management and organization
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a client facing role
  • Ability to prioritize and making decisions under pressure
  • Candidates should have experience with presales &/or training in a B2B environment, along with MS office tools
  • Communication in French will be an asset
  • Working knowledge of MS Azure and/or Azure DevOps (formerly TFS) would be an added asset.
