Document Properties

• Now view static data of a Document root work item in the Smart Docs to be mapped to their generated document.
• System shall fetch the values of configured fields (except HTML) from the root work item whose work item type is 'Document' in the process template.
• Value that is defined from the toolbar option will have precedence over the value of the document work item in the exported word document.
• Custom fields are defined through quick parts in their uploaded word template.

1. Select "" Document Properties option from the Smart Docs toolbar.

 

2. Document Properties pop-up is opened.

3. Select this option to add a Document Property Name/Value row and provide the desired 'Name' and 'Value'.

 

 

4. Click on the X button to remove the property name and value row.

 

5. Click on the "OK" button.

Given properties will navigate in the exported document.
