Before finalizing the baseline creation process users can opt for any of the following options available through the toolbar:

Set Revision |
Used to select one of the previous revisions (for the selected Work Item). it enables users to include the desired revision of a Work Item, instead of the latest revision. |

Used to detect revisions up to the selected date (for the selected Work Item) |

Clears the selected Revision Date |
Add Work Item |
Adds More Work Items to the existing data set before creating a baseline |

Remove Work Item |
Removes the selected Work Item from the data set to create the baseline without it |

Refresh |
Refresh the Work Items to get their latest versions before creating the baseline |
|
Open in Web Access |
Opens the selected Work Item in Web Access to update it before creating a baseline |
User now have the option to update the name and description of any newly created baseline before saving it.
1. To do this, click on the edit icon next to the name of the newly created baseline.
2. The name and the description of the newly created baseline can now be edited before the user saves it.
