Version Management

1. Version Management is a feature in Version Package module that enables users to:

Create different versions of a document
Open the desired version of a document
Delete undesired versions
Compare the current version with any of the saved versions of that document

 

2. Users can invoke Version Management feature, by clicking on the respective option on the toolbar.

 

3. Most of the Version Management options are accessible through the toolbar that appear in the Version Management window.

 

4. Comparing of versions is done using the Compare tab.
